"I filled out an application online for a condo I purchased in Buffalo. The good: Derek called me the next morning and did a great job reviewing the coverage I had requested to ensure that it was appropriate for my needs. I also have a State Farm policy in PA for my home and car. The not so good: A few days after I set up the condo policy, I received a letter stating that, per my request, my homeowner's policy was cancelled. I did not request that and was able to get in reinstated with my PA State Farm agent. This cancellation also canceled my home/auto policy discount. Again, I got in straightened out with my PA agent."

"** update ** I received my six month policy renewal with a 17% increase, when I called there was absolutely no wiggle room, and the agent didn’t seem to care about client retention. I got a quote from another well-known company that is lower than the one I received from State Farm four months ago. I will be leaving after 6 months. So pleased to have met this group of amazing people! The first call I had was with Alissa and it was so comforting talking to her about my insurance needs. She made me feel so relaxed, which I must tell you I fear the insurance like most fear the dentist! I had to travel and even two months later I still had this team on my mind. Melissa was the greatest, I feel the security I need with this group <3"

"Put a claim in... She asked me to have a man I had an order of protection against to sign a check or else the claim would be void. She knowingly wanted me and my kids to be put in danger, even though the policy was always only in my name but then somehow changed to 2 names when the check was issued. I guess she likes collecting comission and not honoring policies OR keeping women & children safe! I'll be reporting her and state farm to the insurance authorities for trying to put me and my kids in harm then refusing to help us. She caused me so much additional emotional damage during an already difficult time... pick a different agent! Money over family with this agent!"
